Automatic skip to next order while delivering?
Hi, I'd like to complain regarding the foodpanda app Glitch / Bug. Earlier this afternoon, I got 2 orders to be delivered in certain areas, where I have collected both orders at Baker's Cottage. Right after I delivered the first order, I tried to check the 2nd Customer Address, but it wasn't stated in the apps and all of the map and the phone number given were gone.
As I was confused with this. A new order suddenly popped out from the 3rd Customer. I have decided to accept the order because I thought it would help make the 2nd Customer Details reappear on the app itself.
Sadly it didn't work, I had to cancel the 3rd Customer's order and called the Emergency to contact the Customer back which took over at least 30 minutes to be settled.
To conclude, I am complaining so this problem will be fixed and no one will have to face this issue again in the future as it is the cause of time wasting. Thank you.
Auto accept button don’t have on ios
Please put auto accept order for ios .. I’m using ip12 no auto accept button .. it’s wasting my time because don’t have this function for ios apps
Freezing apps and many bugs
The apps always freeze whenever i accept order, the heat maps won’t show sometimes, and also freeze when I pressed arrived at vendor.
Also please make the address of vendor and customer more accessible, please show both of the addresses after rider accepts the order, it will make out journey much smoother to plan our routes while waiting for the food to be ready
