Lack of effort
Three years pass and nothing change. Still voucher voucher and voucher. No effort put in create convenience of viewing policy, check GL status, check sustainability, make payment online, give allowance for healthier client by synchronised smart watch.
Knowing that elder client won’t use these feature but younger generation will appreciate it, isn’t young and healthy Malaysian your target market ?
App requires enhancements!
If this app were to replace the website equivalent of eConnect to view policies using the Great ID, then it should have that portion built into the app. Having a app just to showcase vouchers etc isn’t the way to go. Take a que from availability of features from your nearest competition Axx.
Should cater to policy holders
I was hoping this app was catered to your policy holders. That it would allow us to view policies, panel clinic/hospital, etc. Vouchers relating to policies that insurance offers should be more front and center. I don’t want to see food and shopping vouchers.
