Great user experience

I really like how simple the UI is, at least for the current state. One thing I really appreciate is the transaction notification, whether via GX Card, inward or outward fund transfer, I love to see what's going on with my account. Would definitely love to see DuitNow QR being implemented. 👍🏻 Also another small inquiry, is there any plan to have a web portal accessible from the PC? 😁

Useless customer service and not solve the problem

Yesterday night I using my iPad to login the GX Bank, then cannot I logout my phone GX Bank then show I need to selfie for verified my card then need to wait 12 hours only can login again. But today after 12 hours I try to login again, still show I need to take selfie, after I take still need to wait 12 hours. I felt disappointed and less confidence through this bank ady. What if we emergency need take the money from this bank, then no one can help, I don think this is a good digital bank. Until now still cannot login and I write email at 6:20 pm until now no any reply from them, that means I need to wait 1 more day and not compulsory to solve my problem.
I don know why still need me to selfie to verify again, before register we ady have selfie then the checking time also need 12 hours, I also don know why. I hope can solve my problem and get all my money out and delete it.

Genuinely worried about the reliability and safety of GX as a bank

Trying to transfer money from Maybank into GXbank. Failed multiples times despite multiple attempts with different amount and also restarted my phone a few times as suggested. Seeked help from live agent but the chat was closed within 1-2 minutes each and every time and I was assigned a new agent again and again. Extremely frustrating. It feels as if GXBank has issues troubleshooting the root cause of the issues. It’s been > 2 days and they still can’t tell me what’s going on.

Genuinely am worried about the reliability and trustworthiness of GXbank. If the same issues is happening with depositing money, I wouldn’t be surprised the same could happened when trying to withdraw money.. planning to lodge a report to BNM..

Guys - if you’re reading this, just be careful!
