Wonderful app and employees

So when it was the last few days of my birthday month(sept) they had some issues with the app and I couldn’t redeem my free sofuto (kinda sad but I figured maybe it wasn’t meant to be) but then till today(dec) I received another voucher along with an apology (honestly it’s just for a sofuto but they took it seriously), I’m pretty shocked that they would still remember, this is so heart warming cuz no other shops offer this level of concern and it makes my day :)

I gotta complain

I have lost all my points since i updated the apps. I can’t even login using my number. I did the “forgot password” but when i entered my number it says the number is not associated with any account yet. I tried to sign up and it says my number is invalid. Help me pls just tryna enjoy my spicy chiki with no regret

Hi there, kindly do key in your phone number starting from 1xxxxxx (removing the 0 in front) as the 0 has been included as part of the country prefix. You should be able to log in and see all your points after 😊 If the issue still persists, kindly do share a screenshot of the error and send it to us via "members-familymart@ql.com.my". Thank you

FamilyMart app

I’m a big fan of FamilyMart and always go there for their snacks. Now that they have delivery is so much more convenient however I’m facing problems with the app. First, it doesn’t show my previous orders like other apps do and second, it doesn’t show the refund status so I need to constantly login to my bank account to check whether I’ve received my refund back or not. And why there are two separate apps for delivery in the first place? It’s more convenient to only have one app.
