Finally Tapo and Kasa plugs are integrated into one app. And Tapo has been my preferred app. Looks better. Load faster. Easier to navigate. One suggestion I have for the developer is to include more icons for selection. There are many electronics and appliances that are missing. Obvious ones are TV, mobile phone, tablets, sound bar, laptop, PC, fridge, washing machine, etc. Maybe can integrate with emoji?

Sadly all 3 cameras got hacked and now there are glitches in the app settings. Support can’t figure out, just say everything is default setting when it’s not, other non-hacked cameras have different default settings. The worst thing is Hacker still can access our cameras and spy on us. They know what time we login Tapo app into the Tapo app, it’s not secure. Possibly can view/hear live footage also. From the cameras they easily hacked into our WiFi network and router. Spend so much money on Tapo cameras but still can hack. Better just use cheap camera. Now support can’t fix the hacked cameras or close the remote account (that we didn’t create) or change our settings back to normal, maybe hacker has put malware into the cameras firmware and can control the settings, and nobody can change it even after factory reset many times it’s still there, that means we have to spend more money to buy all new cameras. Really waste money.
Request for Improved Custom Notification Scheduling for the CCTV

I would like to provide feedback regarding the current custom notification settings in the Tapo app.At the moment, the “Custom Time” option only allows a single continuous time frame to be configured. This limitation can lead to unintended and excessive notifications during periods when notifications are not needed.For example, in a typical daily routine:8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Working hours): Not at home → notifications required6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening with family): At home → notifications not required12:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Sleeping hours): Notifications required6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Preparing for work): Notifications not requiredWith the current system, it is not possible to define multiple time ranges in a single day. As a result, users may receive unnecessary and excessive notifications during periods when they are at home, which can be disruptive.Suggested Improvement:Please consider allowing multiple custom time intervals within a day (e.g., split schedules), so users can better control when notifications are enabled or disabled.This enhancement would greatly improve user experience and make the notification system more flexible and practical for real-life routines.Thank you for your consideration.
Playback recording not working properly

The apps working fine, good connection and easy to navigate. All is good except when i want to record playback, the video recorded in memory always delayed at least 20 seconds or more. For example i started record playback on 10:00:00 to 10:00:30, the video recorded in memory will be 10:00:20-10:00:50. Sometimes i can even see the recording time only start count after few seconds, or it just simply fast forward jumped to 10 seconds whenever i clicked on record button. This made extracting playback really frustrating to me. Fyi this happen on both iphone ios 15.3 and ipados 15.5. Please help to check what is the issue.
