I’ve updated to the latest version of the app, but I still don’t see the option to add my Starbucks Card to Apple Wallet. This is a much-needed feature for iPhone users in Malaysia to make payments more convenient. Please look into this and ensure the "Add to Apple Wallet" button is visible for all users. Using iPhone 16 Pro Max on the latest iOS.

I was told Starbucks have new app and the old one will be deleted soon. But I did not receive any such notification, or no banner pops out notifying about this and urge to download the new app. My last transaction using the old app was on 3 Aug 2026 though. And today 6 Aug I downloaded the new app trying multiple times to login but NO RESPOND! 🙄 I made sure rebooting my network but still to no avail! I can login from website no issue but just not the app. Starbucks, please rectify this issue and make sure your members can have a seamless transition between old and new app. This has generated a great inconvenience to your users.

I went into the old app Starbucks MY and realized I cant see any information anymore other than my card balance and points, I was ready to leave a bad review for that app and that's where I realized there's a new app now??? I did not see any information anywhere to inform us about it, it could be as easy as having a banner in the app to ask us to download the new app. It's ridiculous that the company/brand is so big and you're trying to push your customers to use the app more, and you don't properly inform people about the app immigration??

I absolutely love the new updates! The UI is clean, simple, and feels fresh.My only minor feedback is that the old app used to show my actual physical card design, and the new one doesn't. It would be amazing to see that feature make a comeback in a future update!But well, 5 stars anyway for the great work!
