POOR HANDLING & BAD SERVICE

It was obviously J&T mistakes that my customer got the damaged item. Poor handling by their staff. I am very sure because I have sent the same things so many times but never happened like that to my parcel. My claim also got rejected. They stated that was packaging issue. I even used bubble wrap & box sheet to the parcel & FRAGILE STICKER ALL OVER THE PARCEL. Courier staff should handle more careful with Fragile parcels. I think they put something heavy on my parcel that the item got damaged so bad. I am very disappointed with J&T. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE ANYMORE. They don’t respond to my reply regarding this issue. Better use Poslaju. Their service much better so far.

I’m very disappointed at J&T after few & more to come trouble causes to me. In Shopee or under company parcel, they want to take your money and pay low payment to their worker & give bad services! While i do not have the issue under other delivery services! I’m trying not to use J&T, I thought you were the best back when started, I’m so disappointed after all these happens! Please close down your company if you couldn’t handle it, you have a lot of dissatisfied customer more than satisfy one, you are causing trouble!

This app is great and all until the latest update. Anyway fix the bugs and improve the UI. I can’t copy paste information anymore. I could go crazy from typing all the customers’ details manually. When I pasted information, nothing appears. Before the update there hasn’t been any problem with copy pasting information. Hope this issue will be fixed ASAP.

Very unreliable and rude the fact the jnt customer service treat me and not only that my parcel has been stuck on “on delivery” for four days if maybe two days its fine but FOUR days is definitely unbelievable its almost the fifth days already and my parcel is still not here not only that the person holding my parcel also didn’t pick up my call for my enquiry for my parcel not only its very delayed its also unbelievably late
