The APP payment system is making people worried like a scam.

I wanted to use the APP to apply for parking rental for event in front of our shop.
Then I am required to top up my balance in order to process payment. Once I top up RM100, the APP couldn’t function well!!!! It still shows my previous balance on top, the RM100 that I have just top up gone to no where!
Even worse is I tried to exit and enter the APP few times, even deleted and reinstalled numerous time, but tue same thing happened! Which was when I login again, the APP user homepage is just all BLANK!!! Until now it’s still BLANK!
Where is my RM100!!!

New app looks more interesting but there are some issues

The new app have more function than the previous one. However there are some bugs that need to be fix. 1. Compound section: back button isn’t working, user have to use swipe from left to right. 2. User profile: after changing the phone number there is no confirm button to change, user have to click back button on top to confirm the changes. General improvement: MBJB V2 app may improve the keyboard usage. Like, tap anywhere to discard/ hide the keyboard to improve user experience. Last, I impressed with the v2 function over the previous app. Good job!

Issue with Parking Expiry Notification

The app is working well for me so far, except there is a bug which has been there since inception of MBJB Spot V2, which is the Parking Expiry Warning Notification. Every time I pay for the parking, I always get this pop up error saying “Unable to setup parking expiry warning notification”.

The previous app V1 had this marvellous notification which would notify user that their parking fee was about to due. With this V2, this no longer works and I have to open the app to check for the remaining time. Pleas help to fix it. Thank you.
