myASNB 12+

I’ve been using myASNB for a while (almost a year), and I must say, the recent updates have significantly enhanced my experience. The app’s accessibility features are now truly remarkable, making navigation a breeze. The interface is not only simpler but also has a charming aesthetic that makes financial management quite delightful. I was required to sign up again when my current account is suspended due to failed to attempt right passowrd. What is so complecated to sign up again. I enter my current number phone but it say i already have account and ask me to login again which is before i got suspend and require me to sign up. I go to asnb office before and the front disk admin who assist me ask my no phone and gmail to revoke and in 5 days office hours work i can sign up again but the result it same. I still can request tac number to sign up. My problem still no solve yet untill now. I email also got no feedback. How i can get my acc again. Why theres is to much complecated. I need to open my account so i can save my investment. How can i transfer my investment without this app? Should i go to pos or asnb kiosk to transfer the money? Then for what is this apps for. Please fix you apps .

The new version of the app seems to have a lot of problem. It lags a lot, i had to take a couple of days just to make any changes (about half an hour each day as it lags and won’t load despite trying changing connections each day in case it was a connection issue) the interface was also.. not really as user friendly as before.. used to love this app so much but can’t really say the same now :(
