Cannot link to current card
Unable to link my card account to online apps. Did fill in card detail and apps prompted to email confirmation, however never received the email from mydin apps.
Not accurate
Items mostly on in their categories. Amd also the items in the app is so limited! As far as i know mydin sell a lot of stuff but not in the app? Please fix it. People nowadays really need a home delivery service and in one of them. The first shop that came of my mind is mydin bcs they have a lot of things but im wrong. Their app is not. So.. please fix this
Wasting time
Items are not in their category. I choose frozen and cinnamon powder , dried herbs appear. i type sugar but other things shown. not all items as in the store are in this apps. it takes more time to shop here not convenience at all. not fun
