Crashing and making me pay more because of wanting to print out the receipt

After paying and want to print the receipt the app crashed, open the app back up, Despite getting successful transaction from my back side, I still have to pay what I just paid earlier just because of the crash, very unstable and unreliable system, when is this going to get resolved?

The app claims that I simultaneously have an account and don’t have an account with my email. When I tried to change my password, they told me that I don’t have an account under that email address. When I tried to register an account using that email address , they told me that the email address has already been registered to an account. So which is it?
