Previously I used to login website to pay or check my outstanding balance . Since the apps is updated, I login website with my NRIC , it showed not active user ensure I am typing a correct NRIC . Anyway, I downloaded the latest version apps to login in my NRIC also unable to go through then I try click new register . After registration was done password was set . Then I try to login with my new password it showed *GAGAL untuk log masuk . Sila semak e-mel dan aktifkan akuan sebelum Log masuk* !!! I was successfully login to pay via website all this while before the apps was updated . How I become not active user ??? Pls improve your user experience so troublesome .

Ok la not as bad as the other reviews, maybe a lot improvement has been done. Quite easy to register via their apps. Just took picture of my IC and my face picture to be authenticated as a genuine user. After that can view the accounts details for all my 3 kids together either via apps or their new web portal. Just that I prefer to be able to view the transactions or penyata details when we were still in the old version web portal of SSPN.

I cant comprehend why the government bodies cant even develop a decent apps. They always wanted to move into technology based platforms but did not even take into account of user experience. With only 4 main options feature yet having thousands times of screen freeze. So many times you to login just to compete a transaction. Now I am worried about the money I kept with them.
Maybe you can stop giving prizes for depositors and start focusing more into developing a good apps.
I wonder how much does this apps cost to be developed? Must be more expensive than cutting edge technology apps..
