Login issue
How come the app doesnt ask to confirm pw in the registration stage? I don’t know how I was log out from the account, but failed trying to log in again.
1. Try forget pw, but error NRIC not registered
2. Try to register again, but error coz phone number is registered.
What kind of logic used to design an app that tied to both NRIC and Phone number with same level of authority. Why not just use email to retrieve pw, just like any other accounts.
Bad Application
It won’t allow me to login, I tried to reset, it said my phone number is invalid. Contacted customer service via in app chat, it is not helping nor resolve my issue.
