I have press ‘tambah nilai’ RM20 and use online banking to paid the transaction. After the transaction successfully, I went back to the apps and it don’t have shown any balance that I have top up! It still RM0 🤡 I have reload the apps multiple time, the balance still showing RM0! 🤡

Later, I have call 4 different phone number provide in the apps to get help, but no one of the phone number is in service ! For now, I still don’t know how can I get back my RM20, cause my bank have deduct RM20 through my bank account😀

Whoever who see this review, pls don’t ever try to download the apps, it will make you crazy!

When I first downloading the apps, a bit worried because of too many reviews mentioned their credit was missing and not working. I am glad that I able to top up RM10 for 2 days pass. I bought 2 different date days pass on the same day and the summary show only 1 date for both pass. I sent email to them and I got reply within a day. Not only once but 2 emails on my following up questions. 1 thing I hope you can add on is the auto location detection, I have no idea which area to choose when I made the payment.

1. Very not user friendly. Have to relogin often, and once you have forgotten your ID, there’s no way to find it back without call for support / suddenly remembering it. And you cant use email to login as UserID.

2. Constantly loading, and it takes super long time to finish loading. All actions, including top-up, or make payment have to take ages to finish loading. If anything emergency happened and you need to park your car asap, you are done.

3. Sometimes your balance just went missing. And once you reload AGAIN, your missing balance will suddenly came back.
