Raya Bersama Shopee 17+

Shopee is my most favourite app to shop ever since I downloaded it. Believe me when I said I scrolled through Shopee every single day even when I have nothing to buy in mind. The cheaper price compared to others and the free shipping voucher is hard for me to resist!

However, it would be great if this app can add more filters option like the colour of the product or the length of the clothing (e.g. skirt length, sleeve length). This would definitely help my searching experience much better and faster.

Another thing that I would like to suggest is regarding the refund & return process. I know that Shopee is providing customers with free return using Poslaju but it would be great if you can add other couriers like J&T , DHL , Ninja Van or even through Grab Delivery where the rider will pick up the item and return it to the nearest Shopee hub/shipping courier for free. Trust me, this will be really helpful during this pandemic where we are required to limit our movement by staying at home. I demand a free return here because it is not the customers' fault that we received a damaged/wrong product. We paid for the correct item and we want what we paid for. That's all that I can think of for now, thank you! :)

I’ve been using Shopee for awhile now. It’s not difficult to use even for new users. As a consumer I would like to suggest others when it comes to buying products, be sure to read reviews from other consumers and compare the same products that sells in different shop within the apps to get a better deal on the pricing. The amount of products that was sold, need to be taken in consideration to avoid being scammed or received the wrong products. The more product that are sold the better it is for the consumers. Other than that, Shopee also have features like “coins back” and “earn coins” for consumer to use coins or gain coins by purchasing products or reviewing products. So needless to say I can save a lot of money not only from free shipping (T&C) and promotions but also from the coins you’ve earn could be use to deduct a few $$ off your total purchase. Note that if products received are dented or damaged it is due to the unintended lack of care from courier or the lack of secure packaging from the seller itself. Though some could be solve by informing the seller upon the issues. Overall I’m satisfied.

Update: Tq Shopee that most of my comments below have improved except item 4 high commission rate has now jumped to 10%-11%. Adding more feedback since informing CS is no use. 1) Can you make the app allow for bigger text so bifocal users like me no need to twitch eye without reading glass to read? It is much easier on desktop but most vouchers only applicable on Shopee e wallet and app. 2) Since pandemic, I received 2-survey Questionaire yearly to answer about competitors. They are so long and detailed I doubt why are they hiring dumb staff instead of smart ones. Is better you give me job instead than to answer surveys that only make you 10x richer.

WARNING: 1) vouchers claimed is no longer earned easily as it used to be. Does not benefit those with slow internet speed. 2) Deals Near Me: limited cashback On daily basis. It is a big gimmick to keep u on buying spree cos of discounts but when you paid, no cashback. There is no way to see if the limited cashback has finished or number of cashback available. 3) the reviews after ordering is allowed 14 days and no change after. Usually items are as good as 14 days old and no way to review if it spoilt after that. 4) if u plan to sell here, the high commission does not justify competing with many sellers unless you have niche market.
