Appointment
Rhb staff in sungai Buloh said cannot make an appointment same day even still has a slot. We call customer service to make confirmation however they said we can make appointment if the slot still available on same day. N then we go to Sri Damansara after book the time slot same day, the staff very helpful and ease our requirement. Eqms system should guide all Rhb staff to supply this service in good way instead of troubling customers. We have limited time to attend bank due to office hour shift. N then the staff just simply said “pls come tomorrow”.
Useless meaningless app
Walk in to the branch and they say that i need to make an appointment using the app otherwise they wont entertain. I couldnt do anything so i need to leave and come back another day. Downloaded the app and made appointment for another day but when time of appointment, the person in charge went out for break. So what is purpose of forcing customers to make appointment when RHB staff is not following those appointment? Just a reason for the staff to kick away customers and relax on the job. Useless meaningless app.
Forcing customer to use this app to get a number
It is not a good move to force your customer to download an app that you only use once. You have your old ticket machine. Why dont you give an option to customer to choose instead of forcing it. So I will give it one star.
