Sarawak Pay is the Sarawak Government Fintech mobile app platform that provides a convenient and secured e-wallet for users to make digital payment for bills and purchases at participating merchants via their mobile phone. Users can top up their e-wallet through internet banking and enjoy the convenient of cashless transactions.
Sarawak Pay allows users to:

-View your subscribed bills
-Check your history to view the list of your previous transactions
-Get rewarded with instant cashbacks
-Register and operate a Merchant Account for Premium users

Sarawak Pay Team Response is Slow
I have been using Sarawak Pay ever since it came out and it has remained one of my go-to e-wallets. However things have really gone downhill since iOS 14 released. The iOS 14 beta released in June, how could the dev team not have been prepared for the official release in September? However, even after waiting, I could not login because SarawakPay remembered my old mobile number so I can’t receive the TAC number. I updated my number on SarawakPay, the number has also been updated in my SarawakID beforehand, if that has anything to do with it. Checked the FAQ page but there was only an answer for how to change SarawakID number. So I sent a ticket to SarawakPay customer services but it’s already been a week and there’s no news. Also emailed other customer service emails but to no avail. This is a government funded app, please pick up the pace.
Not support multiple phone login
The system itself not bad. However for elder, they might like to share the same account under one phone number. Currently if log in using another phone, existing phone will be log out. Suggest add on for multiple log in using same account but different Device. It is very inconvenient for elderly and those not IT savvy to keep on log in to the app.
I was having problem submitting the payment of bill (scan and pay) so I approached an agent on Facebook to discuss on the matters. Jee was very supportive and offered quite a lot of solutions however as I needed to settle the bill on that day so I’d still need to use scan and pay method. Not long after I told Jee about my problem, the issue was solved and I managed to settle my bill in time. Thanks Jee and SarawakPay as you are making my life a whole lot easier than before. Will continue to support SarawakPay and I only hope to get more cashback each time when I make any transaction.
