Beli dah beribu habis di segi fresh merata cawangan. Tapi points tetap lah dekat 34. Tak dapat refresh. Wth. Dah la barang kat segi fresh ni tak frsh langsung. Poor service pulak tu.

Pergi segi fresh Sungkai,Perak around 7.00pm..open hanya 2 counter even counter ada 4..supposely should open 4 counter time peak hours. Que utk 2counter lebih dari 15 org..time tu lah ambil price tag pasing pasing..improve lah on skill managemant..print out 4paper for each counter..memudahkan that’s right ? Time scan barang, one of PIC tanya membership dan get 1packer that time for each counter..time saya sebut no phone,cashier that time tak alert no phone yang disebut,so saya sebut sekali lagi dengan jelas disebabkan dia suruh ulang..boleh bygkan tak crowd yg full time tu..dengan packer terjerit jerit gelak suara lantang..bila saya ulang no phone dengan tegas boleh plak terjerit jerit sabar sabar,packer next counter pun sambung terjerit jerit sabar sabar..”ayat dia biasa lah orang balik ke sarang”..mana manner atau SOP korang when handle customer? Sangat biadap ! Please train your team management !
