SPEEDHOME - MY Property Rental 4+

I had an unpleasant experience with a non paying tenant. Finally had to evict him from the premise.
The range of service provided by Speedhome really made life much easier for me. Best of all, the insurance I took helped to cover a substantial portion of the money which I lost from the non paying tenant.
The people in Speedhome made the whole experience heart warming. Top of my list of fantastic staff goes to Mdm Fiqah of the Claims Department. She was ‘magnifique’ in her handling of issues relating to my house. 5🌟s to her!!!
Mr Affan Torla is another person who also needs to be mentioned for his tireless efforts to assist me.
All in all, the team at Speedhome deserves to be applauded for their great work

The landlords are so racist. so far malaysia is one among the racist countries I have ever experienced so far despite the rule of no racial discrimination but if you submit the details and they see you’re an African there is no hope of you getting apartment I wonder why do we treat these people well when they visit our countries in Africa Because I think they don’t deserve the treatment. There is no point of landlords describing The unit is available for all races while it’s not and they know that it’s not available for all black races as well most of the Africans in Malaysia experience this all the time and it’s really heartbreaking Muslims believe in racial discrimination😡 it’s really unfair. being a black it doesn’t mean that I am poor imagining a black person staying or living in Malaysia means that I can afford living my life i can afford paying rent and everything you have to understand that. what I wish is the world to see this and to see that Malaysia is so racist.

This was my second time using this apps, first time as a landlord and second time as a renter looking for a short period of rental. The apps was quite easy to use and manage. Their team, Alicia helps me a lot by making me a listing according to my budget , and Wafi did the most virtual viewing job for me and quite knowledgeable on the area and houses. I had a great experience with Speedhome so far.

*Just a small room for improvement, the apps seems like lagging after a few chat and needed to refresh few times before you can read the messages. Hope it can be fix soon. Thank you once again !
