Ratings and Reviews
App does not open
The App does not open. The Loading wheel spins until it times out. I deleted the App and reinstalled it and it still does not work on my iPhone. Please fix this.
It’s a bug
I think the app have bugs. Before the updates, face login was super smooth. And then it happens. I need to re-login, change password or reset password whenever I can’t login. Now, when press forgot password, don’t even get any push email for password reset. Having doing the reset every week is pure frustration. Hope the devs do something

Create password screen Functionality issue
Create password screen UI has no confirm button to proceed furthers once new password has been entered. Only reset button is available and customers unable to create password . Hence, unable to create new password and proceed to login into the App.
This defeats the purpose of having a create password screen. Please look into this bug fix.
