This app was working very good at first when I used it. Quite many times I booked an online appointment for my car to service. It’s easier for me because I no need to hassle call to book appointments anymore. I also will get notifications abt service time etc. But started last year this app getting slow and now couldn’t book any online service appointment anymore. This is so disappointing bcos I already experienced the best part of using this app. Please take it seriously to repair any problems within this apps 🙏🏻
Unable to connect to my car
Just purchased a car from Toyota hoping that all the services and benefit can be used, unfortunately this app unable to connect to my car .Manage to called the customer service and report the issue. Meanwhile the IT department still in process of resolving the issue due to the apps hv been upgraded. I hope that this issue could be solve asap as we are paying not only for the brand but to enjoy the benefit and services that they supposedly provide. Thank you.

Dont know why this apps got very low rating. First time i used is a breeze. Easy interface. I booked my appointment flawlessly. Dont have to wait at service centre, i got several notification within the apps that tells about in the process of servicing and after it already done and can pick up the car. Just this apps a little bit slow.
