PREFERRED SERVICE ADVISOR OPTION IS SO POINTLESS AND USELESS

One thing I really dislike about this app is the option to choose a preferred service advisor for when we visit the service center.However, when we arrive at the service center, the name of the chosen service advisor is never mentioned in the service/repair order form, and we end up being attended to by a random service advisor.There’s no point in having the option to select a preferred service advisor if, in the end, the advisor assigned to us is random. I’ve noticed this happening multiple times. Not once have I been attended by the service advisor I selected through the app. It’s completely pointless.

At first i was looking forward at using the apps. I mean, you have trips record there, alert management and even behavorial analysis. But to my disappointment, i cannot seem to be using it? Tried booking through the apps but keep on saying i never made any booking? I ended up have to call my sales person and requested him to book for me. After service was hoping to have it shown the history so that i can keep track of it, but again…to no acail. I thought this was supposed to make it easy, but it seems such a hassle. I hope improvement can be done soonest.

Unable to connect to my car

Just purchased a car from Toyota hoping that all the services and benefit can be used, unfortunately this app unable to connect to my car .Manage to called the customer service and report the issue. Meanwhile the IT department still in process of resolving the issue due to the apps hv been upgraded. I hope that this issue could be solve asap as we are paying not only for the brand but to enjoy the benefit and services that they supposedly provide. Thank you.

Enable real time notifications

The VTS is a security feature to know where is my car and when alerts are triggered in real time. But the app isn’t able to send a notification to me in real time when an alert rule is triggered. This is despite me already enabling notifications for this app specifically. So it is not the error with the phone but the app itself. Developer pls enable the function on the app itself so I will be alerted on my phone in real time whenever my car triggers any alert.
