Visitor pass for cleaner helper
This app is not able to generate the visitor pass for helper or cleaner for a particular duration like for one month or more . It can also generate the visitor pass for one day . Please try to extend the feature to generate the pass for a particular time period
Force Update & Slow Install
Every time when there’s an update, the app forces the user to update the app before you can use it. I find this quite annoying especially when you urgently need to check or verify something regarding to your property, and then there’s a “bug fixes” update that you MUST perform before you could do anything with the app. Not to mention if you’re using mobile data with weak connection, is quite impossible to perform updates.
And for some reason the app take quite some time to install the new update after downloading it.
Generally Easy to Use, Have Room for Improvement
Generally easy to use and navigate. For visitor registration, would be good if can have recurring option (another condo app company has this option). While allowing residents to copy details from previous registration, it is still cumbersome. Example of recurring visitors are weekly cleaning service, family visiting to check out house when away etc
