Login issue, phone no list missing and purchasing loading for eternity
Apps is great and easy to use. My only issue is 1. Apps keep on reset by itself. Most of my time have to do the same thing.. put my details and login to use it. 2. I have more than one number registered, sometimes its not on the list. 3. 85% of my purchasing proses will end up with eternity loading icon. I have to force-close the apps and restart to check wether my purchase is succesful.. this will bring me back to issue no 1..no 2..again and again.
Left stranded when emergency
Please upgrade your service for those under prepaid and buy data. When the data quota has 20% left you cant subscribe new data but you can’t use the data too. When you finished 100% data, how do you expect your users to subscribe new data when they can’t send SMS, can’t call and can’t even go online?! What if this happened during emergency? Will there always be free wifi anywhere anytime? And you think it’s safe to connect to free wifi anywhere anytime? You should allow users to upgrade their data subscription anytime instead of current data subscription must be finished to be able to open the next new quota. If this happened during emergency and something bad happened, do we hold you liable/responsible for what happened during that crucial time because we can’t call for help?!

When u do depend on it and use these sim cards for ur gbs cars and u spend a lot of time and money and work to add new numbers in favourite list so u can top up and transfer and check validities u will rate this app 5 stars and when u sleep and wake up find this app remove all these data u will realise that all money work and time and 100 cars u top up their sim cards from this app has been gone !!! What u gonna feel
