If you have problems with your app, why don’t you rectify it? I made a top up to my 9datahub account but it didn’t reflect, contacted the customer care, and they told me it was due to system maintenance of which was supposed to last for a few days. The transaction later reflected and I thought they were done with maintenance only for me to make another transaction the following week and up till now, nothing has reflected. Again, I contacted their customer support and this time, I got no response even after i told them, i might drop a poor review. Improve your services to serve your clients better or close down the app if nothing can be done but that should be after refunding my money. Good riddance!

Pls what is happening to this app! I sell data and airtime to customers 3 days ago! Till now they did not see it. Likewise today as well as am typing now same thing. To be sure of what my customers are saying I did 2 gig data for myself and it’s was successful, but have not received it. This is my First time of using this app.
But my eyes are seeing shege promax, admin pls attend to it!
