I have been on this for 3 days. It’s not allowing me put in my Face ID . Instead it rolls for hours and nothing comes up afterwards. It’s crazy, please fix it!!!

Apps are created to ease customers into their own money and banking. However this app is another example of frustration. I created an account hoping to access their fake small business loan, Even after providing the Heaven and earth requirements listed, they never responded with anything meaningful The worst part was that i deposited money into the account thinking I can be making use it for my business banking activities, They restricted my account without giving me any reason. After contacting their support team they acknowledged that they’re sorry but that i should provide my documentation. I did as they said after all yet I’m unable to pull the money out. If this is a bug, notify the users & also decline transaction into the account until it is fixed! rather than allowing me to send money in but can’t transfer out!

I can understand it’s an early stage of this new app but functions like expanding transfer limit and adding beneficiaries should be done first before launching the app. There are so many key features that are not working. This is a cooperate account app hence heavy transfers are being made daily. For now the app is useless to me till these key features are enabled.

Payments for goods are so easy. For someone who sells multiple things, the Bulk transfer option has helped me pay my suppliers all at once.
