The singular thing that I’m big on about a bank’s mobile app is this: when I make a transfer and I’m debited but get no value for the transaction, return my money.Don’t make me call you for it. Don’t make me wait endlessly for it. Just return my money because I’m sure there are systems in place to tell that an unsuccessful transaction has occurred.altbank does that for me. I recommend this app any day!

I’ve been tryna login my bank app but it was not working only for me to try to update it on App Store to find out that y’all have developed a new app. Now that’s not the issue, the issue here is I downloaded the new app since day before yesterday, been tryna log in my details but to no avail!!! I even tried to register all over again but to no avail too!!! And the funniest of it is me trying “Forgot Password” and proceeding to input my BVN but to no avail too!!! Dear Sterling Bank, I’m begging y’all to do something about this, this is not the first time this is happening fr. why do I always have to face one or two issues whenever you whole lot developed a new app huh. Please do something about it!!!!

I’ve been tryna login my bank app but it was not working only for me to try to update it on App Store to find out that y’all have developed a new app. Now that’s not the issue, the issue here is I downloaded the new app since day before yesterday, been tryna log in my details but to no avail!!! The app is a good one and runs fast transactions But validation of BVN on the app is challenge Since the update. The app has refused to validate new customers BVN so that they can advance to next step of registration.I think that should be looked into, even though the BVN validation works fine when you using the "website", But the app is more user friendly and is faster and easier for new user registrations.

I tried opening an account through the app that title and state refused me typing and I used safari instead to open the account the nationality refused to open and without these things I can’t create the account, the only reason i tried to create account was because I saw the bank in agreey road at town port harcourt and I don’t have time to go to the bank but if opening an account can be this stressful without me going to the bank then imagine transactions lol please work on your bank because this is a no for me
