Amazing

It was an overall pleasant experience especially with the new update that worked out the bugs. I did encounter an issue though, the app kept pestering me to give permission to access my contacts. I value my privacy a lot so I didn’t opt into it but each time I log into the app the notification pops up asking for permission and it’s kind of annoying. Otherwise it’s an extremely useful app with an amazing user experience.

I am actually a first time user….and I wasn’t really happy that they’re taking so long to reply me, but the customer care person(s) I have conversed with….that is Joseph, Suliat and Enoh have been most helpful! I have given a 5star rating even though my issue has not been resolved(just yet)…..that is because these guys have given me one of the best customer service ever! Keep up the good job, Cheers to a great afternoon guys!

Stranded and Frustrated !

I’ve been locked out of my account all day. Was trying to buy data for hours and it didn’t work so I thought I’ll just refresh it by logging out and logging in. I’ve not been able to login for 5hours now, or even pay my cab cos the thrash app is just not working. Flutterwave I have managed the good with the bad since I started using this app. Giving y’all room for improvement but it keeps getting worse. Open the app let me take my money abeg!! 🤬🤬🤬

Ps, you gotta fire your programmers or whoever built the app or you’ll succeed in turning everyone off. It can’t be so hard to run an app successfully. There’s like a billion others that work fantastic!
