Some fixes need to be done

Hello, after updating the app to the new version, I noticed a couple of things:-
1, Before the update, I had changed my password and pin, but after the update, I tried signing it with the new password and pin, all to no avail till I tried my former password and pin (good thing I still remembered them). I think this is a major flaw. As I had to change the password due to some kind of security breach.
2, I have an active debit card, but after the new update, during the card section, it boldly told me I have no active debit card. I don't know what that means but it needs to be fixed.
3, I noticed the next of kin section is empty but I remember filling mine way earlier, somehow managed to disappear, but when I tried to fill it again, I kept getting an error response with the app removing me out of that section.
4, I do love the new look and interface, it's calm and friendly but these things I pointed out needs to be fixed.

Don’t do this to yourself. You deserve better.

You’re looking to get this app? I don’t write reviews but this one pained me. This app has bugs that might just cost you actual money. Some functions exist here that don’t work, make you question the intelligence of the software developer, and who he was trying to impress; among other things topping up funds from one account to another does not work.

The app generally leaves you feeling broken and that your money is unsafe. Basic operations aren’t completed in real time; you will have to refresh for the app to respond every now and then. Let’s say you send money to your ALAT account, get ready to have a good scare cos it won’t reflect unless you leave the app and restart it,

I’ve transferred to one account here and the money has been locked up and debit restricted for weeks. Insult upon injury, the money I saved in my other virtual naira card account has been debited randomly, leaving me stranded for three days. customer service isn’t very helpful either. Two pity stars because it actually has the unimpressive ability to send money through and make payments on good days.

You’re literally the worst bank I’ve ever had business with…I’ve been complaining about my bank being restricted for the past 3weeks and there has been no positive response from you it until I visit a branch and throw tantrums there before my request will be attended to…’s so uncalled for
I visited a branch, called customer care pleaded that I want to use the money in my account to pay my school fees but it has been excuse upon excuses…it’s always gives us 12-24 working hours before it will be fixed and that same 12-24 working hours has turned to 3weeks now…why are you guys so inhumane…what if I don’t have any other source of income then how do u want me to feed…it’s becoming so unbearable. Kindly put your self in my shoes,what if it’s your last hope then what will you do
