I should be able to control my dongle on the phone the app has been downloaded.I want to be able to change my password.And also disconnect whoever I don't want.

There should be an option on the App for the owner to be able to disconnect others who have ones connected to WiFi/Mifi before. Since password can’t be change. So, create Option to disconnect others One I move near them, their phone get connected to it straight. Without telling them, I want to disconnect them from my Mifi App.
Can’t see my data balance on the app

I used to see my data balance and 5gb streaming balance on the app…now I can no longer see my data balance,only the streaming…WHY??? I have logged out and back in severely!!! I have called the customer care countless times but they obviously have no solution!!! It’s becoming so annoying because I don’t get to know how much data I have left,I always have to call your agent!!!!
