I’ve had a really smooth and enjoyable experience using this app so far. The interface is user-friendly, transactions are seamless, and overall it has been very reliable.One feature I would love to see improved is the addition of a monthly summary section. It would be helpful to have a clear breakdown of total money in and out for each month, and even better if this could be viewed across the entire year. However I encountered a bit of setback for the first time this morning when it was difficult to log in. This I believe was due to a glitch on the network. Swiftly the issue was attended to. Please you guys should up your gamesI lost my SIM card that was registered for me by my friend which I used to open moniepoint account unfortunately during that time my friend was not available to retrieve it for me so I decided to change to a new sim with my details I went to moniepoint office at Awka where i opened the account I was asked to go and swear an Affidavit which I did with other things required I submitted everything I was told that the account will start working in 72 hours yet up to this month I can’t log into my app with my new line they keep sending OTP to my old line please you guys should do something about this oooo Moniepoint I know isn’t this bad oooI have money in that account Is 2months already
