I don't have issues with the bank app, though some people complain about network problems. That doesn't bother me. The problem I have is with the transaction history. It doesn't seem to last long before it disappears. For example I transferred money to someone last year and now that I've lost my phone I have no evidence to prove it. When I went to my bank app for the receipt I couldn't find any transactions from 2025. It's really annoying, I swear. I requested for bank statements and you sent them, but they are too lengthy. I can't be doing that all the time. Please you guys should do something about the transaction historyThank you.

Your app is good and all with the fast transfers,airtime purchases,bill payments etc but if you guys could create a master card for the atm it would be a lot of help because not everyone would want to use a commercial bank with the master card option but if it where possible you guys should create a master card so people could buy stuff on online shops that only accept master card and visa you guys could just make it and give the option for people that already have the verve card to upgrade for a little fee while those that doesn’t have the verve card could choose to either buy the master card or verve card or if you can’t do the master card you could do the verve card any one is better if not I don’t have any complaints for your services
