I made a payment of ₦18,000 on September 24, 2025, to subscribe to PIA VPN before opening an account. After paying, the platform didn’t allow me to create the account, and I’ve not received any service.I requested a refund through email, and for weeks they’ve been replying with the same message: “You’ll get your refund in 5–10 working days,” but nothing has been refunded to date.I feel disappointed because I trusted this brand, and it’s frustrating being ignored after making a genuine payment. Please process my refund immediately.

User friendly and easy to use… I would love you guys to upgrade your system software because the web is developing everyday and there are certain features/ website that ain’t easy to access using VPN it will still be detected.
