App doesn’t work...

I have downloaded this App countless times on my iPhone 6S plus severally yet it doesn’t work.
After download the App just closes by itself as in when launched it disappears immediately doesn’t even complain if anything and yet it’s compatible with my model. I just can’t understand why it’s happening that way.
Please find a solution to it. I guess it same issue with some other users I read their review earlier, b’coz if it doesn’t work that’s means I can’t make use of App on this particular device on other device it’s okay just wondering why it’s happening so oh this iPhone 6s Plus.

It is very useless it request for your debit card details. Why should a free app be asking as if you are buying an item from online stores
Useless bank
Customer support dull af. Wasting my airtime like they bought it for me. App is very useless. Getting my money from this bank.
