How to Access the KeyMobile App

New Users:
To begin using the KeyMobile app, follow these steps:
• Download and install the KeyMobile app.
• Click on Register
• Enter your BVN, account number, and select a verification option.
• Provide the last six digits of your card.
• Enter the SMS OTP sent to your phone.
• Create a preferred username and password.

Existing Users:
If you are already a registered user, you can access the KeyMobile app using the following methods:
• Log in with your username.
• Enter your existing password to complete transactions, OR
• Utilize facial recognition OR
• Utilize fingerprint authentication for a seamless login experience.

Good app but need some upgrade

I’ve been using the app for a while now it’s good but my email address on the app isn’t correct I emailed the customer service and they didn’t fix it 😒🙄 plus I’m having difficulty increasing my transactions limit (PS:I’ve increased it severally it always bring up “Something Went Wrong-Unable to amend Transaction Limit” ) abeg fix it 😩

Visa card request problem

Why is that we can’t request for Visa card on app please you should update your app because we can’t use master card for online or web transaction in different currency like I can’t make payment on Alipay or any such type of international transaction as a business owner such kind of problem is bad for me I maintain business account with your bank as small entrepreneur i supposed have access with Visa card in fact I visit the nearest branch they told me you no longer offer visa debit cards for more than a year but still your web and mobile app are telling us to visit nearest branch

HI ysaneey, Visa debit card is currently not available on our debit card variance . however, you can get the visa credit card from the nearest branch to consummate your international transactions.

No transactions history in app

Hello, how does a whole bank make a bank app with no transaction history option in it to even confirm a transaction. Your previous app had an embarrassing transaction history where you dont even see complete transactions. You made a new app and there isnt a transaction history option completely to confirm transactions. Unbelievable! Even small companies have working transaction history. Three years of being with you guys and using this app and you just made a new one and its still looks so cheap. I had to stop using your apps for business 3 yes ago. Embarrassing.
