Wonderful 👍🤗

So far so good 😊 all my deliveries have been delivered on time. I have not had a reason to complain nor have an irate/dissatisfied customer. The upside for me is, the charges are expensive. But I would rather pay more than have my orders waiting.
Also, you cannot make more than one delivery for a location on the app. For instance, if you have two deliveries to a particular location but for different people, you would have to pay for each of them separately in order to get their deliveries to them. That is a waste of money. It should be reviewed.

All in all, Kwik has been wonderful. Love it ☺️

Review

I just want to let you know, if your life depended on quick delivery service, it’s suicide to engage Kwik delivery. The acceptance time is too long and delivery time is another hell. I once had a rider who accepted a ride by 13:00 picked up at 14:00 and delivered said parcel by 19:15 I kid you not. The distance was from VI to Ajah. All this while the rider never bothered to call his company, nor call the the person accepting the parcel. The app is so terrible, once the rider has picked up, you can’t access his phone number to reach him. Don’t even bother waiting for his call, he will definitely not reach out. You will wait in agony and anxiety until you call the company in anger. Guess what? calling the company solves nothing. All they will do is apologize and get the rider’s number while giving you a fake estimate of where the driver should be. Just in case you think shouting and applying pressure works; it doesn’t; you the driver will still deliver whenever he likes as the company has no apparent control over their employees. I choose Gokada and Uber for my peace. Know this and know peace!

Charge according to items

I think the company will do us a lot of good by charging according to the item to be delivered, e.g I deal on foods and each time a 2litre bowl of soup is picked up and delivered for me, I pay as much as someone dispatching a carton of books.
Please consider.
Thanks
