Unprofessional business operation
You guys are just unprofessional
I updated my business information willingly all you guys to is to restrict my account because you want to do a review my account was fine before I willingly updated the business information all you guys could do is to freeze my account just give me my monie And am tried of been patient since 2020
Restricted my account
I was told to download Opay Business to remove the restriction on my account only to get the app and it’s full of bugs, I can’t even do anything and my money is frozen in there. Rather than downgrade the account they decided to restrict it, no problem. Once I get my money out I’m done with Opay for good.
