Good app, but if one or two can be sorted
Recently, my recent activity is showing at all. If this glitches can be solve quickly
Also Someone can not access pass receipt on the app (I mean even if we can’t open the receipt for money we sent earlier at least it should be able to drop down some important info of the transactions we did (not just be showing half of the name and that’s all).
Kindly rectify receipt closed down once and for all, I can’t be checking my mail to access receipt every time when I’m on app Already
Mistakenly deleted my card and they refunded my money on it
kindly assist me with this I complained to their customer service because I had sent money since 25 of December last year and it hadn't appeared in the recipients' accounts. They said they had refunded the money to my card, but I had since deleted the card.
My experience with Paga
Paga debited me almost 120,000 and it also was registered as failed transaction that would be reversed shortly, but it never did after going go zenith bank and the matter took almost a month for Paga to respond the responded that the money came through and the transaction was successful and I have an activity log that shows otherwise, not to talk more of the fact that the never reply mails and the have the worst customer service of any financial institution, don’t waste your time with Paga the useless
