Login on the App as frustrating as the Web!
I have bought shares on the web version. Since then, I have been unable to login because the web page says I am to verify my account.
How was it possible to subscribe to shares with an unverified account (by the way, I verified my account long ago).
Now, on clicking the link provided in the first verification email, the link is expired. Subsequent attempt to logon is met with an ‘oops’ and no further guidance on the logon error.
Now I have downloaded the app in search of better luck, but the OTP it claims to have sent to my email address is nowhere, despite resending twice.
This is a very poor experience

The app is intuitive but the help need to be improved as the email provided for the customer interaction is not effective.
Consider adding chat or zigi so people can have multiple channels to contact you for issues regarding sign up and work around problems they might encounter.
The App is trash and the customer service unresponsive. I can’t get past the registration section.
Once I input my OTP, registration gets disrupted. It seems other people can use someone’s BVN to open an account on the site, or the site is just collecting people’s BVN and using it for others…
I emailed them since the 10th of December 2021 and I am yet to get a reply… The MTN shares offer is closing tomorrow and nothing yet.
