The Most Useless Banking App
I can confidently say that this is the most useless banking app in the whole of Nigeria. The unreliability is becoming too much. For goodness sale, this is suppose to be used by business owners yet, it takes forever to make one single transaction sometimes. I have had to wait for 48hrs before been able to make a transfer from this your app. Please if you cant sustain this app to work efficiently, i suggest you remove it from the store and enable us use GTWORLD which is far better else, you are at the detriment of loosing not just customers but business oriented clients
Worst app on the face of earth
this app keeps loading and won’t allow one to login. even if you login it won’t allow you to make transfers. it can do this for a whole day.
this is an app that is meant to be used for business transactions. it is very bad. especially because you guys are seeing complaint but not doing anything about it. keep at it till you lose your business customers.
