But at some point, you have got to be better. Like more is expected from you.
You can't keep being a below average app. Firstly, you keep rolling in some updates that are not needed while ignoring the most important ones. Why do you compress status videos and pictures and reduce the quality? Nobody asked you to do that. And don't say it's so the data spent would be reduced because it doesn't make any sense. We have been waiting for you to change this feature for so many years and you keep bringing up features no body needs. Like why are you changing your app colour, what good does that do ?nobody actually gives a d"mn about it. Also for your labelled chats, I'm actually surprised we don't have the option to select and delete the labelled chats instead of going ONE BY ONE TO EACH CHAT AND REMOVING THE LABEL. that is so unnecessary and stressful. So if I have up to 50 chats in one label, I need to click on all 50 one by one to remove the label or delete the label entirely. Like where on earth did you think either of the two was a good idea?

Please actually consider users while Rolling out new features and focus on what needs to be fixed. Rather that trying to beautify the app.

CEO Amarian Empire :: my review is that, This app has turned into something else negatively!! Why mark! There are so many problems, my WhatsApp glitches all the time. Most times I can’t even chat without tapping my phone countless times because I’ve posted . Why is it that immidiately I upload a status I won’t be able to chat again till after like 15 minutes! (I’m seriously tired, your making me loose customers, and at the same time it’s painful cause I have to always uninstall my WhatsApp immidiately I post so that it won’t hang, and then reinstall it again. ✅ secondly I have lots of contacts on my phone and business WhatsApp so why is it that each time a new number chats me up and I save the contact, why is it that it won’t save with the name . If I save it with a name, before few minutes it will change back to numbers and not the name I saved it with?

To be honest I don't really like the way this WhatsApp app is going on lately. Imagine I had to update my WhatsApp cause it crashes and since fours days now I can't access my WhatsApp, I'll be online but I can't post on my status nor reply to messages. This app is seriously causing a lot damages to my online Business cause whereby a customer will leave a message for me, l'll be online but I can't respond back to their messages. And not only that, you can imagine so much energy one puts just to create content and catching videos for my audience only to post it on my WhatsApp status and it'll be so blur and low video quality even after turning on the high video quality mode. Seriously I was once impressed with this app but now am totally disappointed and you should please see to it cause it's causing a lot emotional damage and distress

When ever i want to view others status or i post on status my phone will just hang and the screen will be blinking. When someone send me a message i will see the messages on my screen but when i open WhatsApp it takes up to hours to see the messages please WhatsApp work on your app
