The whole app / system is flaky and unreliable. The solution from Spark support seems to be to uninstall and reinstall the app each time we raise an issue. We get “empty” phone calls and although our latest raft of problems seems to have been “fixed” we have no confidence in the system. Setup was also a nightmare and it took Spark a long time to get working (they had problems with setup also). I wouldn’t recommend this system. I wish i had taken notice of the 1 star review for this system when i found it before signing up (on a 24 month contract which i had to do).

Too many missed calls

There have been too many calls that do not come through cloud phone until the next day where it shows a missed call at the time the person called after you open the app. Even signing out and signing back in hasn’t fixed that issue.

Terrible latest update took away any functionality of the app. Can’t get calls, can’t send messages and no settings to change. The screenshots are nothing like the functionality.
