Happy, kindof annoyed
Overall I like the app. It’s smart how it try’s to upsell. Though at times this yodelling is rather annoying... when it asks you the same things later as it does in the beginning. Like the same coupon offers etc.
It could be smarter about how it asks...
Also very unhappy with how after each item was added to the cart it took me to the cart... I wanted to add more items from the same area... on the third time I decided I was happy with what was there rather than go back to add more.
Store selection
Please allow store selection access, the store close to me is 279 blockhouse bay road, not new lynn. I like the pizzas more from the blockhouse Bay rd store as they cook it so nicely and cut it so properly. Last time when I got pizza from New Lynn, one slice was like 5% of the whole pizza and the other was like 30% of the pizza. Blockhouse bay rd staff cut them so nicely that everyone shares the same amount. So please do allow access for store selection. New lynn might be busy, I have worked for pizza places back in the days. It looks so bad when you get such a small slice of pizza out of the box when you have friends and family over.
Gets the job done
The app gets the job done and makes it easy to use the offers, but could be improved.
I can’t seem to find a place to input directions to my house, which I was able to do in the past. This could just bee my ignorance, but it should be somewhere in an obvious place considering that the driver got angry at me when they couldn’t find my house (apparently doesn’t have google maps like I did when I worked there).
Also, it would be great to be able to live track orders in the app even if you accidentally close it, because previous orders seem to disappear.
