Onion bone bad

I ordered the chicken deluxe pizza on Sunday, upon receiving this pizza I called the store and complained that the onion on the pizza smelled like body odour specifically arm pits( no joke) The lady on the phone took my number and said that she would return my call. This never happened so I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager, the person told me that she will ask the manager to call me back which he did 10 min later. When I explained the situation to the manager or owner he told me that there was nothing wrong with the pizza, he also told me that no one else had complained and that the quality of their food is amazing. Now unfortunately I’m an executive chef qualified as well, I would not take time in my day to contact someone and complain if it is not necessary. When onion smells like that it means it has been cut and stood open for more then 12 hrs it therefore absorbs all the smells and bacteria in the air and that is poisonous for human consumption. Instead of arguing with me I would’ve gotten rid of the onion and cut fresh ones. I’m not an angry person I just feel that the way this was handled was not professional. I hope no one got sick from this stores onion, I just threw away mine

Shot to the manager and his workers. and thank you for letting me be your delivery now😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰🥰💪🏻💪🏻🙏🙏🙏🙏

I used this app often, as we have specific wants in every pizza. Only 1 thing I would like to see to be improved is, have an save order list button where you can save what you previously ordered and just RE-order the same thing with a click of a button…. That’s would be super great improvement to this app.

Credit Card doesn’t save

Well, this review may set them up for a hacking incident 😂, but it is immeasurably frustrating!! Despite “saving” my credit card details every time I place an order, and despite those same details actually being displayed on the Payment Options screen, when you actually go to checkout, you have to manually re-enter EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT of the ENTIRE credit card all over again. This is beyond frustrating!! It is SO annoying!Also, in the past two weeks, I’ve won a prize (5 wings, both times) in the Prize Pull, and saved it for later use, but when I went back into the app to order, the coupon wasn’t there. It feels very deceptive, like false advertising.
