I downloaded this app, then waited, and waited, and waited for weeks and weeks for it to do something besides monthly billing and telling me it couldn't give data details bevaise it was either before or after my 'first bill'.
Then I wrote a 'strongly worded' email to Genesis Energy power company about their app.
Then I find out, after sending screenshots, this isn't their app. Its an apparently unauthorised third party outfit who have allegedly been using my number details to access my billing data and put it on their app. Luckily I didn't give them any personal credit card payment details.
So this app that doesn't work anyway is a goneburger.
Change your mobile team, please
This app was working until it stopped almost a month ago and could never make it work again. Today an update was release WITHOUT addressing that major bug (lots of complaints here) and NOT fixing the problem. You could at least address the users on the update release notes about the status of this fix.
I’ve been work in tech my entire life and if I was you, I would already have an RFP out to either change my vendor or get one. I am sorry but this customer experience is unacceptable in 2018.
Why fix something that isn’t broken?
I loved using your app to monitor my usage when I recently signed up, but it’s just stopped working completely. Updates haven’t fixed anything and it’s getting pretty frustrating! I initially thought it was just my phone and that your app might not be iPhone X compatible yet, but it sounds like lots of people are having issues.
Will change my review when this is fixed. Until then, 1⭐️
