Description
Do you want to know where your assets are and manage them efficiently? Assets that move frequently around job sites run the risk of being left behind, this makes them difficult to manage. EROAD Where is an affordable asset tracking system for assets that move around e.g. trailers or waste bins, providing a solution that improves asset utilisation, improves billing efficiency, reduces the risk of lost productivity and reduces the cost incurred from not knowing where your assets are. With a 5+ year battery life, our tag will likely outlive the asset.

Version 1.3.0
This release brings several performance and usability improvements to the Where App
1. Remove delay in reporting of detected tags to server.
- The App will now report newly detected tags to the server within a few seconds of detecting a tag. Previously there was a 5 minute delay before a tag detection was reported to the server. This led to confusion as an Asset could be showing at a different location on the App compared to the server.
2. Improvements to the "NEAR BY" Assets tab
- Now shows an approximate distance from the Mobile device to the Where Tag. Note the distance calculation is based on signal strength and is an approximation only as there are many factors which can affect signal strength.
- The list of Near By Assets is sorted from closest to furthest away
- Improved layout which also shows last time the App sent the location of the Asset to the server
3. Diagnostics Logging
- A simple logging mechanism has been added for diagnostics purposes. Whenever a tag is detected, the serial number and date/time are recorded into a simple list.
- The Log can be viewed by tapping on “View Logs” on the Account Tab

Agree with the other reviews here … app only provides basic account info and nothing else. Pointless.

Agree with comment above. Haven’t been able to get this to work. Would be great if it could be worked on to improve ( to get it working )
