I have been using Ali express for around 6 years now and my experience has only improved each year. Unlike many other companies that tend to change when their company becomes more successful, Ali express has always kept the customers needs and satisfaction at the forefront. During this unprecedented time in the world and so much disruption to deliveries and freight services I have found that Ali express has always done right by the customer. I have had several items that have not been completed or delayed extensively and Ali express has worked through those and always ensured the right outcome was achieved. I will continue to use the AliExpress platform as it is not only great for those who want to purchase products at a great price but it is even better for those stores and people who want to sell items. If you have not used AliExpress or have any reluctance in doing so ,don’t hold back any longer. I Highly recommend ordering and taking advantage of the great prices they always have.

It is so frustrating, the feedbacks I left aren’t on my feed anymore and are marked as anonymous, it isn’t fair to the buyers if we want to use the post in the feed feature. I am sure I didn’t select anonymous and I selected it to be on my feed. I am sick of it and i am not going to write a feedback any more. Also, I am so sick of wrong suggestions in my account, they are everywhere, as suggested products, on my news feed, even in at products I checked that aren’t even related with, already have used the ‘not interested’ button / feature but it doesn’t work, every day it starts with so many undesirable and not interested products, worse is how much data it can use from your phone. Also, what is the point of all feed features and posts from customers if they aren’t published properly? Unfortunately I have to complain that there is no point on reviewing products anymore if I want the review to be posted in my page but it isn’t available in my page when posted, just at the product’s page, I want my review to not be anonymous but it has been added to the product’s page as anonymous, I uploaded good pictures to but it has been added with fewer pictures than what I loaded or no pictures. It isn’t fare on customers if the seller has the final word at the reviews because I am pretty sure some sellers don’t even check the review or pictures, they just want the as much reviews as possible. I hope it changes soon. Looking forward for your attention, thanks.

I have no problems really with this app, pretty much the same as other similar store apps. My only complaint would ever be that I don’t like the hard sell of items I’m not interested in. The woman’s lingerie for instance. I’m not a woman for one. I’m also not that keen on the constant reminders to have push notifications on and the whole specials etc etc. I could do with all that but apart from that I’m happy with it. I have discovered an issue with the app that has caused some inconvenience, where if I have two or more credit cards saved, when selecting buy now or check out it doesn’t give me the option to choose which card to use and will simply pay by the last card used. This caused the payment to be made by the wrong account, causing me to apply for a refund, then to proceed with my purchase, going onto my PC and making the transaction there where the option to choose which credit card to use is available before payment. It’s way to quick to buy and pay on the app, as a result it’s happened twice now.

I love this site, everything generally arrives from China to NZ within 2 weeks it’s just our slow local postal system that holds up getting parcels. I’ve brought all sorts of things in the lower price range and only one thing has turned up with damaged packaging and I was refunded my money within 2 days of making my complaint about the damaged product. When you buy things you have a quick way to opt out, and if something goes wrong with the transaction the seller doesn’t receive the money until after you get your package. I prefer Ali as you can refine it to free shipping option and there’s plenty of options price wise to choose from in all categories. I would like to try buy something more expensive just to try it but I’m unsure about our import and custom tax so I can’t really review high end electronics etc but I don’t see why not. As long as you read the reviews, check out photos and do your homework then this app can become your best friend and the end of your savings plan lol
