Every question in the bank has been rewritten by our clinical team so the answer turns on a real clinical detail, with explanations that lead with the decision and name the trap. New under every explanation: an evidence line showing the source, when it was verified and by whom, and a note when New Zealand sources disagree. After a wrong answer, MedQuest now points you to the matching Library topic, a Sprint set and a clinical case. The Learn tab spots your weak topic. A published source-precedence policy and content changelog now sit behind the bank.

Every question in the 2,670-question bank now explains each wrong option, not just the correct one, so you can see why a tempting answer fails. Sources have been re-anchored to primary New Zealand guidance, and option wording has been tightened so answers are not given away by phrasing. The Fellowship section now opens with the RNZCGP curriculum: all 6 domains, what each covers, how it is looked at during the assessment visit, and where your own answers show gaps.

MedQuest now brings a clinically reviewed 2,670-question bank together with clearer teaching, guided clinical cases, spaced revision and practical GPEP 2–3 Fellowship support. Navigation and study workflows have also been refined to make the app easier to use during a busy registrar week.

Sprint topics are now correctly labelled across Mental Health, Neurology, Older Adults, MSK, Lifestyle, Public Health, and Endocrine. The 20-question starter allowance now counts unique questions rather than repeated attempts. This update also includes the redesigned Fellowship workspace, improved physical-examination guidance, refreshed clinical cases and Library content, sharing and offer-code support, and a more game-like Sprint experience.

The whole question bank has been rebuilt to registrar level: multi-layered NZ cases with comorbidities, real medicine lists, and reasoning-forcing detail. Library grows to 384 referenced topics. Clinical cases grow to 74 stations, and physical exams now teach the why behind every sign, with performable special-test technique and collapsible sections. New evidence-based study modes: Random questions interleaved across domains, a spaced review queue for your misses (1, 3, 7, 21 days), confidence calibration, and full explanations after Sprint rounds. Fellowship prep redesigned with a consultation framework guide, and new exams including the six-week baby check.
