I love the app when it works, but recently it won’t let me sign in. I reset my password and it keeps saying that the password and email don’t match. Meanwhile they do work from the website. So it does seem that the app is having trouble with authentication. I try and it seems to not even attempt to connect. It just flashes up the same statement.

Hard to be enthusiastic about an app that won’t even let me log on.

The app doesnt automatically update the available time and date. What sort of delivery app doesnt do that? For example I looked up for the options on the 13 April, if I open app again on 20 April at a week later it still says "options for 13 April" I can't believe I have to manually change the date. All the app does is "sorry your store isn't available for delivery at the selected time" and yeah I know?!? It's a week ago, of course you can't go back in time! It's silly and ridiculous, also because how is a customer supposed to know when the store is available? The online page didn't have this problem, it told me when the store was ready for delivery and let me chose from a list.

The interface is also confusing, there is too many flashy advertisement and promotions that pop up here and there that hinders the view of my actual order. Going into cart and editing is also difficult so I can't go in and out, I can't see if my promotions are applied correctly, there's a whole lot of issues.

Since the launch of app and the change of online page there is less upgrades than downgrades. I didn't have to log in or create account because a phone number with email address was enough. Even if I do log in going into a different page or getting out of the app logs me out. Needless to say I gave up with frustration from ordering, I just couldn't use the app.

Worked really well! Never been through that process and almost NEVER use delivery option so thought it would be difficult, but it worked straight away, first try with zero issues and dinner is on the way. Sometimes when emergencies happen, it can be difficult to sort through solutions. This not one of those times, so thanks KFC NZ!!
