I like this app but!!!
App is so slow half the time so I use my swipe card most of the time.
You guys really need to sort this out please !!!!!
Takes forever to load even within the app itself once it does load up
Can be improved!
So many glitches on the app! It at times will process my payment, payment gets deducted but the app crashes, says error occurred. Therefore having to wait 10-15 mins for my money to return. Its happened several times while using the app, so frustrating. I’ve even made contact the customer service team, they hung up... after a long pause waiting for their answer as to why? So, therefore I uninstalled the app restarted my phone, then installed the app again. With still no success. Wait It gets better, after reinstalling this app, I’ve had to login again and then reload my visa debit card, now it’s saying “error” please try again. It’s now been 3 days retrying this stupid useless app. Even customer service don’t even understand, and just suggested try another gas station. Huh yup so I did....went back to using BP! 🤷🏽♀️🤨
Late and double charging for fuel
This is a warning to all who bank with Westpac, the Mobil smiles app DOES NOT WORK well with Westpac bank customers! The customer service agent at Mobil admitted to me that they have lots of Westpac customers who use the Mobil smiles app and have similar problems with late and double deduction of funds. It took me 10 DAYS to get Mobil to refund me for charging me twice for 1 transaction! They then told me to contact my bank and sort it out myself! Save yourself the hassle and just use the BP app or pay at the pump. Believe me this is such a pain for a app that’s supposed to make filling up easier. It really makes it harder!
